For first-time orders, the typical turnaround time is approximately 7 - 14 days, starting from when you provide us with your logo and give the final approval to proceed.

The cost will vary based on the complexity of your logo and the number of stitches required. Once you email us your logo, we can provide an accurate quote upfront. For a simple one-color logo, the setup fee starts at $45. This is a one-time charge.
High quality JPEG, PNG, PDF are usually fine for us to transform them into embroidery files.
